Each auction has unique requirements. We invite
your questions and concerns.
Non-Profit, Charity &
New Auctioneers Percentage Fee:
Only 4% of Your Auction Total,
$500 refundable pre-payment
We only do as well as you do, and we're pulling
for you. If you're just "testing the
waters" of web auctions, you may choose
to safeguard your results by selecting a
percentage basis fee of 4% of your total auction
revenue, with a $500 refundable pre-payment, balance payable at
auction close. We suggest using our service for auctions that will generate no less than $12,000 -- although it is not a requirement.
Is this right for you?

Our fees are all-inlusive of the (3) basic components
listed below -- your public auction interface, your private
content-management interface, and your auction's "look and feel."
- Auction (Public):
Your auction will be "open to public" for as long as you desire, accessible to the public from links
that you provide. For maximum exposure and higher
returns, we encourage use of a full month or longer.
- Auction Set-Up & Wrap Up (Private):
You'll want at least (1) week for your staff to perfrom
the data-entry of the bid items, and at least (1)
week to wrap-up and contact the winners.
- Graphics Customization:
Customizing of graphics, html, images, forms and text
that "frames" the look and feel of your
auction, and usually is designed to match your current
web site. You must provide us with existing graphics, basic code, design constraints, and other related information, and we do the rest.
(Some requests for large amounts of additional, customized
programming may require additional fees, but these will
be clearly stated at the time of the request).
The demands of each auction vary. Our expert staff
is available to help you get the most for your auction
budget.
NOTE: Year-round leasing and other special circumstances
will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
*First time customers only. All subsequent auctions require a minimum fee of $500. In other words, the pre-payment is non-refundable for any auctions after the first one.
